If you've misplaced an item or valuable at a venue listed on Playo, please speak to the venue management directly for assistance. They will be best equipped to help you locate or retrieve your lost belongings.

You can directly call the venue by clicking on the call button on your booking ticket. In case you are unable to connect with the venue using this route, we would be happy to assist you with any queries or assistance you may need regarding a venue.


Simply raise a request through our app or website, and our support team will promptly respond to help facilitate communication or resolve any issues you may have.


To raise a support Ticket - Click on More > Help and Support > Write to us.
