Yes, you can rate a Playpal after a game, within 7 days of the activity.
Navigate to 'Play' Tab > Past Activities > Select See Gamebook below the particular activity > Rate the Playpal
Please note - Any ratings you give, can be edited within 3 hours post giving the rating.
