I have made full payment at the venue for my booking but it still shows ‘payment to be made’ in the app?

This is a case of offline booking; Booking confirmation, rescheduling, cancellations needs to be taken up with venues directly. Only partial/complete payments made through the Playo app will be trackable as a ‘Playo Booking’.
