To cancel a booking, Navigate to "Profile picture" > Click on the "Hamburger Menu" at the top right corner > My Bookings/ Order History > Select the Booking > You will be given an option to cancel the booking, provided the cancellation request complies with the cancellation policy of the venue.
Please Note: In case a booking is cancelled as per policy, convenience fee is non-refundable.
