Open the Playo app and click on your "Profile picture" > Click on the "Hamburger Menu" at the top right corner > 'My Bookings.' > Select the specific booking for which you need the receipt > Tap on the download icon located in the top right corner of the screen > Download the receipt. This will give you a digital copy of your receipt for your records.
